Mission Statement

You are here: Home / Our Firm / Mission Statement

Slaton Schauer Law Firm, PLLC has the philosophy that strength and leadership comes through service to others.  We take care of our friends and neighbors, delivering excellence in everything we do and we provide the highest level of knowledge and service available. Because we treat clients with integrity, respect, and care, they care about us too, and pass this attitude on to others.

Our mission is to:

  • Preserve and protect the wealth of families, and help them successfully pass what they have saved to those they love and wish to provide for.
  • Prevent families from breaking apart at the death of a family member by making it clear how all property will be divided and distributed, so that family members will not have to argue for what they “believe” should be theirs.
  • Help business leaders to protect what they have worked to build, protecting the business now and for the future.
  • Help families with special circumstances plan for, and protect those they love, when they are no longer able to do so personally.
